Debate resumes on smoking ban


The debate over a smoking ban in Michigan workplaces resumes Wednesday at the state Capitol. At least six bills are before the Legislature that would outlaw smoking in factories, offices, bars and restaurants. A House committee is holding its first hearing on the question since the issue stalled last year.
