South Haven city officials are considering a major renovation project on North Beach. The Herald-Palladium reports that the work would include resurfacing Lake Shore Drive along Lake Michigan, new restrooms and a new path to the north pier. The city plans to seek grant funding for the project which is estimated to cost $1-million. Last year South Haven completed an $824,000 project to improve South Beach.
